Shipping: We are now offering worldwide shipping. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. U.S. orders receive free shipping. Orders made before 7 PM are processed the next day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
U.S. Orders: Please allow 4 business days for product printing and an additional 2-5 business days for transit.
International Orders: Customers are responsible to pay duties and taxes at the time of delivery. Please allow 3 business days for product printing, and up to 15 days for transit.
Order Updates: You will receive email updates regarding your order status, including shipping times and tracking numbers, to the email address provided at checkout. If you are not receiving these emails, please check your spam folder and add our email to your address book.
Delays: During periods of high demand, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should your order face a significant delay, we will inform you via email.
Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected], and we will send a replacement free of charge. Please be prepared to show images of the damaged product and packaging.
